DIRTcar Racing Rules

1.1 A DIRTcar Racing membership is a privilege, not a right. The membership may be withdrawn at any time.

1.2 All participants at a DIRTcar Racing sanctioned event must be DIRTcar Racing members in good standing to participate.

1.3 The membership is not transferable and is valid only for the person to whom it is issued.

1.4 The DIRTcar Racing membership cards must be presented at any event when requested by an official.

2.1 DIRTcar Racing members shall conduct themselves as professionals at all times.

2.2 All DIRTcar Racing members shall maintain a presentable appearance at all DIRTcar Racing events.

2.3 Verbal abuse, physical abuse, threats, or any other inappropriate actions against any DIRTcar Racing official, participant, or fan will not be tolerated and will result in penalties and/or fines.

2.4 Any member who participates in fights or encourages others to fight shall be considered in violation of the DIRTcar Racing rulebook.

3.1 DIRTcar Racing officials have the authority to judge the racing abilities of all competitors and may restrict competitors from participating in events.

3.2 All decisions of the DIRTcar Racing officials regarding interpretation and application of rules are final.

3.3 DIRTcar Racing reserves the right to apply penalties for rule infractions in the form of fines, suspension of privileges, or both.

3.4 Additional rules may be implemented for special events at the discretion of the officials.
